At RamZan DME, we aim to provide quality services and maintain clear and fair payment conditions. This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled.
If a client cancels before work begins, the refund will be assessed according to the project agreement and any expenses already incurred.
Once work has started:
Payment for completed work is non-refundable.
Work already performed will be calculated fairly.
Any remaining refundable amount will be assessed after deducting completed work and agreed expenses.
Once the agreed project has been completed and delivered, payments are generally non-refundable.
If a delivered item does not match the approved project requirements, the client should contact us so the issue can be reviewed and resolved according to the agreement.
For monthly services, including Social Media Management and ongoing digital services:
Payments cover the agreed monthly service period.
Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing period.
Services already provided or work completed during the paid period are non-refundable.
Future billing will stop according to the agreed cancellation notice and billing terms.
Payments for domain registration, hosting, advertising budgets, premium plugins, software subscriptions, stock assets, and other third-party services are subject to the relevant provider's refund policy.
If RamZan DME is unable to complete an agreed project for reasons within its control, the client will be informed.
A fair settlement or refund for the incomplete portion of the project will be arranged after considering completed work and agreed expenses.
To request a cancellation or refund, clients should contact RamZan DME with:
Name and invoice details.
Project or service name.
Reason for the request.
Each request will be reviewed fairly according to this policy and the project agreement.
Approved refunds will be processed through a mutually agreed payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
RamZan DME may update this policy when necessary. The latest version will be available on this page.
