Welcome to RamZan DME. These Terms & Conditions explain the working process, payment requirements, and responsibilities for our services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

RamZan DME provides professional creative and digital services, including:

• Graphic Design and Branding.

• Logo and Brand Identity Design.

• Social Media Management.

• Social Media Content Creation.

• Business Reels and Video Editing.

• Website Design and Development.

• WordPress Website Development.

• Google Business Profile Management.

• Meta Ads Management.

• Domain Registration and Hosting Services.

All services are provided according to the selected package, approved quotation, and project agreement.

2. Project Agreement and Invoice

Before starting a project, clients receive an invoice and a written project agreement.

The agreement clearly defines:

• Selected services and deliverables.

• Total project cost.

• Payment schedule.

• Project timeline.

• Included revisions.

• Any additional agreed requirements.

Any changes to the original agreement must be approved by both parties in writing.

3. Payment Terms

Our standard project payment structure is:

• 50% Advance: Required before project work begins.

• 50% Remaining: Payable before final delivery or handover.

An invoice is provided for the agreed payment.

For monthly services, payment is due according to the billing schedule mentioned in the invoice or agreement.

Domain registration, hosting, advertising budgets, premium tools, and other third-party expenses are charged separately unless included in the agreed package.

4. Project Scope and Additional Work

Each project includes only the services and deliverables mentioned in the selected package or written agreement.

Additional designs, pages, features, major changes, or services outside the agreed scope may require extra charges.

Any additional cost and timeline will be communicated and approved before the extra work begins.

5. Revisions and Approvals

Revisions are provided according to the selected package or project agreement.

Revisions cover adjustments to the originally approved requirements. New concepts, major changes, or additional work may be charged separately.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving designs, content, and other deliverables before final publication or use.

6. Project Timeline

The project timeline is agreed upon before work begins.

Timely delivery depends on receiving the required information, content, account access, feedback, and approvals from the client.

Any delay in these requirements may affect the agreed delivery schedule.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business and project information.

• Supply required images, videos, logos, and content.

• Ensure they have permission to use supplied materials.

• Provide necessary account access and approvals.

• Review project deliverables and provide feedback on time.

• Follow applicable laws and third-party platform policies.

8. Final Delivery and Ownership

Final deliverables and agreed usage rights are transferred to the client after full payment.

Editable files, source files, and working files are included only when specified in the package or project agreement.

Third-party fonts, stock images, plugins, and licensed assets remain subject to their original licensing terms.

9. Third-Party Platforms and Marketing Results

Our services may involve platforms such as Google, Meta, WordPress, hosting providers, and other digital services.

We follow professional practices when managing these services. However, platform policies, algorithms, account decisions, and external service availability are controlled by their respective providers.

We focus on delivering quality work but do not promise specific sales, leads, followers, search rankings, or advertising results.

10. Confidentiality and Portfolio

Client business information and project materials are treated confidentially.

Completed projects may be displayed in our portfolio or promotional materials only with the client's permission.

11. Cancellation and Disputes

Project cancellation and refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy and the agreed project agreement.

Both parties agree to resolve concerns through professional communication and mutual discussion.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to mandatory legal protections and applicable jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

RamZan DME may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be published on this page.
